I have been using Liquid Moly for several years. I have used other premium oils and the Molygen seems to make my engine run smoother and I have seen a 1 mpg gain over other oils.
When changing my oil, I was a little disappointed because I had to add 1/4 of a quart over what I believed was a 7500 mile oil change. Apparently when it was in the shop they did an oil change and used an unknown oil and cheap filter. With 200,000+ miles on my vehicle I was surprised that I lost a little oil. The last time was when Toyota changed the oil. As long as I use Liqui Moly, I never seem to lose any oil. I suspect they changed it with a cheap oil.
BTW, the old does not stay green, it immediately turned a dark honey color and I think I will do another Blackstone sample after this oil interval.
