Liquifast 9100 Latest windscreen adhesive technology – no isocyanate training required

Liquifast 9100 is a state-of-the-art 1C PUR windscreen adhesive developed specifically for professional use in the automotive sector. The following preparation steps are important for optimum bonding results:

• Cleaning: The bonding surfaces must be free of oil, grease, dust and dirt. Ideal for this: our Windshield Cleaner Foam. Then  clean the bonding area with our Cleaner and Thinner.

• Priming: Before bonding, an adhesion promoter (“primer”) is applied – this ensures a strong and durable bond. Our Active Primer is suitable for this, which also has a diisocyanate content of less than 0.1% and is therefore training-free. 

• Observe drying time: After applying the primer, wait at least ten minutes (at standard climate 23°C/50 percent relative humidity) before applying the adhesive.
