With our bag-in-box packaging, LIQUI MOLY is taking another important step towards sustainability – without compromising on functionality and efficiency. This smart solution not only saves space, but also reduces plastic consumption. A triple win for the environment, workshop and warehouse logistics.
Up to 90% less plastic
The combination of sturdy cardboard and flexible plastic bag replaces conventional 20-liter canisters and reduces the plastic content by up to 90 percent. CO₂ emissions during transport are also reduced – thanks to lower weight and optimized palletization. This makes packaging a real environmental factor.
More space, less effort
Thanks to its compact design, the bag-in-box fits perfectly in the LIQUI MOLY oil cabinet, saving valuable storage space. Handling is clean, safe and efficient. In addition, the empty components can be disposed of easily and in an environmentally friendly manner via the German Petroleum Industry Container Recycling Association (GVÖ).
A well-thought-out overall concept
The bag-in-box system is available for a variety of our engine oils with different viscosities. From tried-and-tested standard oil to modern high-performance oil for the latest engine technologies – our range is now also available in sustainable packaging with the bag-in-box.
Bag-in-box is not a quick fix, but the result of intensive development work – in line with our holistic workshop solution. The new packaging fits seamlessly into your processes and helps you operate more sustainably and economically.
