Making sure brakes remain reliable

Squealing, a vague pressure point or uneven deceleration are clear warning signals. Clean components, properly lubricated contact points and the right care are crucial in making sure your brake system always operates safely and reliably.

Clean brakes to stay safe on the road

Dirt, oil or grease residue can seriously impair the functionality of the brake system, leading to poor braking performance, uneven wear or annoying noises. That’s why thorough cleaning is the first and most important step of each service.

Our quick cleaner quickly and reliably removes brake dust, dirt as well as stubborn residue without leaving any remnants. Once solvents have evaporated, you are left with a clean, grease-free surface.

  • Quickly and reliably removes oil, grease and dirt residue
  • Controlled evaporation without leaving any remnants
  • Excellent penetration, even in hard-to-reach places
  • Absolutely chlorine and acetone-free
  • Universally suitable for brakes, clutches, transmissions and assembly operations

Identifying and eliminating squealing brakes

Squealing brakes are not only annoying, but often an indication of unfavorable conditions at sliding and contact points. Dirt, corrosion or metal contact can cause noises, increase wear and negatively affect the braking feel.

Our anti-squeal brake paste has been specifically developed for these areas. The synthetic ceramic paste is applied in a targeted manner at the contact points to reliably prevent squealing.

  • Reduces squealing noise and guarantees smooth braking characteristics
  • Protects against corrosion, moisture and road salt
  • Excellent adhesion with low friction coefficient
  • Excellent temperature resistance

Important: The paste is exclusively intended for sliding and contact points and must not be applied to friction surfaces on the brake lining or brake disk.

Smoothly running guide pins for even wear

Guide pins must be able to move easily at all times for the brake linings to function homogeneously. If their movement is restricted or uneven, there may be one-sided wear, the vehicle may pull to one side when braking or the brakes may make annoying noises.

Our brake guide pin grease provides a remedy here: It is designed for reliable brake system lubrication, keeps guide pins running smoothly for a long time, reduces noise and contributes to even brake lining wear.

  • Keeps guide pins running smoothly and reliably
  • Ensures even brake lining wear
  • Reduces noise generated by vibrations
  • Excellent elastomer compatibility – protects rubber sleeves
  • Reliably protects against water, environmental influences and corrosion

Suitable for guide pins in floating caliper brake systems. Brief contact with commercially available brake fluids (DOT 3, DOT 4, DOT 4 LV/SL6, DOT 5.1) is not critical.
