Fuel system, intake system and particulate filter cleaning with JetClean Tronic III or JetClean Tronic III Pro
Each combustion process leaves deposits in the engine and exhaust system, which contaminate highly sensitive components such as injection nozzles, injectors, intake manifolds, valves and particulate filters – a problem that is exacerbated by short distance trips, frequent stop-and-go traffic, poor fuel quality or low-speed driving.
Despite the EU's announced ban on the sale of combustion engines from 2035, petrol and diesel vehicles will be on the roads for a long time to come. Fuel systems, intake system and particulate filter cleaning will therefore continue to be part of the daily business of many of our partner workshops and will also be a lucrative, reliable source of income in the long term. So why not offer your customers this service with our JetClean Tronic III or JetClean Tronic III Pro cleaning devices?

JetClean Tronic III and JetClean Tronic III Pro: two devices, one concept
Clogged fuel system
Injecting fuel directly into the combustion chamber is a common method of reducing pollutant emissions while and increasing efficiency in modern combustion engines. Direct injection requires that the respective injector (gasoline or diesel) has access to the combustion chamber.
As a result, the sensitive nozzle head is constantly in contact with exhaust gases (including soot). Depending on the driving style and fuel quality, deposits quickly form at the fuel outlet holes on the nozzle head. The injected fuel can therefore no longer mix optimally with the air, which leads to higher fuel consumption and an associated increase in pollutant emissions. Over timer, more combustion residues such as soot are produced clogging the fine outlets even more. This leads to even poorer combustion and even to the blocking of the injector or failure of the system, which can result in costly repairs.
Clogged intake system
Another problem with direct-injection petrol and diesel engines is the lack of cleaning of the intake area. On the one hand it is contaminated by the exhaust gas flowing back through the valve overlap or the crankcase ventilation (deposits on the intake valves), and on the other hand by the exhaust gas recirculation system.
This connection between the exhaust and intake tracts sometimes causes enormous deposits on the intake side of the engine and on the intake valves. The resulting problems are manifold - from a completely contaminated intake area and a defective exhaust gas recirculation valve to poorly closing intake valves and the associated loss of compression.
Clogged particle filter
Many diesel vehicles also suffer from a clogged diesel particulate filter (DPF). In many cases, this is caused by short distance trips that do not allow the filter to regenerate properly through free-burning, by defective sensors that control regeneration and lead to incomplete cleaning or by poor fuel quality, which can lead to faster clogging.
If the filter remains clogged, this can have serious consequences such as engine damage due to excessive exhaust gas pressure. The increased load on individual engine components also increases the risk of high wear and expensive repairs to the engine, exhaust system or particulate filter.
We have the perfect problem solvers
Depending on the appliance type, the fully electronic JetClean Tronic III or JetClean Tronic III Pro allows you to remove such contamination and solve these problems quickly and reliably. The professional, high-dose flushing with our suitable Pro-Line JetClean additives cleans the entire fuel system and intake system as well as the particle filter particularly thoroughly.
While the JetClean Tronic III offers you the option of fuel system cleaning for petrol and diesel vehicles, the JetClean Tronic III Pro is our 3-in-1 solution for fuel system, intake system and particulate filter cleaning.
The wide vehicle compatibility of almost all 2- and 4-stroke systems, it offers you a versatile range of applications in the areas of cars, motorcycles, vans, boats and commercial vehicles such as trucks or construction and agricultural machinery.
