Radiant winners at the fastest ski race in the world
As sponsor of the legendary Hahnenkamm races on the Streif near Kitzbühel, our logo was again prominently featured in the media and, of course, on site.
Participants in our sweepstakes were asked to submit their #MYLIQUIMOLY moment as a picture. Fellow participants from all over the world sent in their motifs. In the end, a draw was made from the 50 motifs selected and a sweet motif from a child's hand won the race. "Papa" Thomas G. and his companion, Kathrin L., were able to use the picture to enjoy an exclusive Hahnenkamm VIP weekend.
The sporting: Switzerland's Beat Feuz beat overall World Cup leader Marco Obermatt in the downhill in Kitzbühel. Feuz had already celebrated a double success in Kitzbühel in 2020 and thus claimed his third victory in the tradition-steeped race that demands everything: maximum concentration, strength endurance and absolute precision. Attributes that harmonize perfectly with our global brand.
At the race, Marketing Director Peter Baumann welcomed the sweepstakes winners to Kitzbühel, where they were able to marvel at the spectacle from an exclusive perspective. "The sponsorship here shows once again how well top-class sport and LIQUI MOLY work. The atmosphere is excellent despite the corona conditions; people are enjoying a piece of normality under the very highest protective measures. We are of course particularly pleased to be able to welcome guests here today who are not only convinced of the quality of our products, but are real fans," says Peter Baumann.
Thomas G. reports: "It is something completely different when you see on site how fast, steep and demanding the whole thing really is. We are overwhelmed and overjoyed to be able to spend the weekend here."
In addition to the VIP weekend at the Hahnenkamm race, there were also two iPhones to be won. One will go to Germany to Heinz-Peter T., whom we congratulate again at this point! The second will be sent to Michał G. in Poland.
