Responsibilities:

  • Create, curate, and manage high-quality content across all social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter (X), LinkedIn, and YouTube.
  • Monitor and analyse social media performance using analytics tools and adjust strategies to optimize results.
  • Engage with our online community, responding to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to align social media efforts with overall campaigns and objectives.
  • Stay up to date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to ensure our strategies remain innovative and effective.
  • Manage social media advertising campaigns, including budget allocation, targeting, and performance tracking.
  • Conduct market research to identify opportunities for growth and improvement in our social media presence.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Social Media Marketing Specialist.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to generate engaging and visually appealing content.
  • Proficiency in social media management and analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Google Analytics).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills.
