Professional system for repairing laminated glass.The toolbox contains all tools and equipment needed for professional laminated glass repair on commercial motor vehicles and passenger vehicles. The individual tools are all of high quality and extremely durable. The positive and negative pressure required for repairs is generated on the system by a pressure/vacuum pump.
The simple layout of the system ensures safe and easy operation. Thanks to the extremely thin, high-qualityrepair resin, even the smallest cracks are filled reliably. Even stone chip damage with splinters or dirty impact points can be repaired perfectly – the system also includes a cordless mini drill for drilling out the impact point.
The seal on the large resin chamber has an inner diameterof 9.5 mm, and is thus suitable for large-scales tone chip damage as seen regularly on HGVs and buses. The large resin chamber is also ideal for repairing stone chip damage with two impact points in close proximity to each other. The resin chamber is designed so that it can be used on both flat and upright glass panes.
The 125 mm suction cup on the base unit is fixed securely in place with only a few pumps from the vacuum pump.
The stable lightweight alloy arm can be moved and pivoted so that the resin chamber can be positioned exactly and easily over the impact point.
